Refund Policy

Our company does not offer refunds or returns for non-quality related issues. If there are special circumstances, please contact our company staff.

Product return and exchange: Please make a return or exchange request within 3 days of receiving the product. After making a request for an exchange, please return the product to our office within 3 days. We will not accept any requests made after the deadline due to delayed transportation time. The following situations will not be eligible for exchange:

  • Products damaged by human causes
  • Products that have been opened or used (such as packaging tape or box torn off)
  • Products that have not been kept in good condition or are damaged, destroyed, or incomplete
  • Color differences may occur due to the shooting light environment or personal screen settings, so all products should be based on the actual item received. We cannot provide exchange services for color difference issues. If customers entrust the delivery personnel to place the goods at the door or the management office, they will be responsible for the risk of lost or damaged goods.

When returning or exchanging products, please note the following details:

  • The original order code and valid receipt must be presented during the exchange.
  • If the product issue affects the overall operation, the replacement product must be returned with complete packaging and accessories.
  • If the product issue affects only some parts of the product, we will only replace the affected parts.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping fees incurred during the return or exchange process.
  • The return process may take one to three weeks to process (calculated from the date of receiving the return). After the process is completed, our company will inform the customer of the relevant details.
  • We are not responsible for any damage after the product is delivered.
  • If the product item or quantity does not match the order, please contact our company immediately on the day of delivery.
  • We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds due to product size or unsuitable needs after shopping.
  • Our company reserves the right to refuse any unreasonable exchange or return requests.
  • If the customer provides incomplete or incorrect delivery information such as the address, phone number, name, or delivery details, and this leads to delivery failure or delay, our company will not be responsible. Please follow up with or contact SF Express.

If there are any disputes, our company reserves the final decision-making power. We reserve the right to change the above terms and conditions without further notice.
